Washington State Department of Ecology recently announced the initial selection of streamflow restoration projects under the 15-year grant program that the Legislature established with the passage of RCW 90.94 in January, 2018. Whatcom PUD’s proposal is one of fifteen projects that was awarded funding. Read more
