NOTICE OF SPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING FOR
PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF WHATCOM COUNTY

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Whatcom County (District) will hold a Special Commission Meeting on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, 3 PM – In-person only.

The purpose of the Special Meeting shall be to:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Approval of Agenda (2 minutes)
  3. Interview Candidates for Vacant Commissioner Position (60 minutes)
  4. Executive Session to evaluate qualifications of Candidates per RCW 42.30.110(1)(h) (30 minutes)
  5. Discussion of Next Steps, including potential final action to appoint a candidate to fill vacant position (15 Minutes)
  6. Public Comment (10 minutes)
  7. Adjourn (Estimated 5:00 p.m.)
