but even love to any matters under my care (which I bring now) to the
duties of Water Commissioner, duties contributing partly to the convenience,
partly to the health, even to the safety of the city.”
It’s national Drinking Water Week, May 7-13, and here in Washington, Governor Jay Inslee has recognized the event with a proclamation celebrating the “thousands of dedicated water system operators, scientists, engineers, local elected officials, and others who work to ensure Washington’s tap water is safe.”
